FPS Toggle state fix (was showing inverted state)

Potion Preview amounts now floor to int to prevent weird expectations from the cauldron.

Green Mushrooms on the left side of the plinko board have been slid slightly in to prevent a ball-stuck situation. Hate when my balls stick.

AutoHarvest was not properly resetting to it's correct price after last patch. 

UI scaling and placement issues have been fixed.

Game will now adjust for notches and dots on your phone screen.
